The objective of the collaboration is to carry out an objective valuation of the distribution assets of the closed network, currently owned by BASF Española and Tarragona Power, to be able to appoint a manager of the closed network, and to transfer the assets to it, if appropriate, in line with the requirements of Royal Decree 314/2023, article 16.a.
As a result of the project, a methodology and the criteria that should guide are first defined, and as a result of this a valuation of the assets of each of the companies are obtained, applying homogeneous criteria for the valuation of the assets, resulting in a final asset valuation report.
